Vacation Rental Cleaning Moorpark

That Makes Every Guest Arrival Feel Like the First

Short-term rental hosts in Moorpark don’t have time to chase down missed trash cans or wonder if the towels were swapped. You need guest-ready resets, fast, flawless, and fragrance-free.

Extreme Green Cleanings has been serving Moorpark vacation rentals since 2000. We clean with biodegradable, plant-based disinfectants, HEPA vacuums, microfiber cloths, and zero artificial fragrances unless requested. We reset every space to the same high standard, no contracts, no guesswork.

Whether you’re hosting a couple getting ready for a vineyard event, a family retreating to the foothills, or a group of friends using your space as a weekend base, we clean like the next review depends on it. Our crews know the terrain, the local dust conditions, and the high expectations of your guests.

More Info

Moorpark isn’t a tourist trap, and that’s exactly why your listing thrives. Your guests are choosing space, quiet, and quality over chaos. That means they notice more. A forgotten towel or missed streak on a mirror isn’t minor — it becomes a star deduction.

Our team doesn’t “try their best.” We follow a method honed over 20+ years of Airbnb and vacation rental resets. We don’t just clean, we restore. Every room is evaluated with fresh eyes, every surface wiped to guest expectations, and every check-out followed by a full recheck before we lock up.

We serve:

We provide photos if needed, updates if inventory is low, and same-day communication when anything’s off. If you’re tired of searching “Airbnb cleaners needed” only to get a one-time jobber with no system, we’re the opposite of that.

Why Moorpark Hosts Stay With Us

Trusted Since 2000

Our history in Ventura County runs deep. We’ve worked across all cities — but Moorpark holds a particular rhythm. It’s less transient, more detail-oriented. Guests tend to stay longer, expect more peace, and leave more thoughtful reviews. Our clean needs to hold up not just for a one-night glance but often for a three-day experience.
We’ve refined every part of our process. That includes:

Specialized dusting for properties on hillside roads
Seasonally-adjusted tools to handle dry conditions
Quiet arrival and departure for guest privacy
We keep profiles of your unit, update protocols as your amenities change, and store images for how you like your space staged. Consistency isn’t a hope — it’s a function of the system we’ve built.

Fully Insured and Background Checked

We’re not building a contractor network. We hire, train, and insure our teams directly. Each cleaner is background-checked, aligned with our values, and specialized in short-term rental protocols. That includes:

Photo documentation for every completed job
Following host-specific requests down to the fold
Reporting maintenance concerns in real time
You’ll never get a surprise sub. Your guest will never walk into a half-done space. And your listing won’t be reliant on someone who just signed up last week.

5-Star Standards, Every Time

If your guests rave about how clean your space felt — that’s us. And if they never mention cleaning at all? That’s even better. We aim to be invisible.
Every turnover includes:

Visual rechecks of all surfaces
Double-checks of guest-ready details (toilet paper folds, towel placement, lighting)
Non-interference with host-specific touches (welcome kits, notes, amenities)
We’re not guessing. We’re executing your expectations at a professional level — with precision.

Real Eco Cleaning That Guests Feel

We’ve been using essential oil-based, botanical, and biodegradable cleaners long before they were trendy. But we’re not loyal to hype — we’re loyal to results. Our product kits evolve based on performance, safety, and guest sensitivity. Everything is:

Certified biodegradable or Green Seal approved
Fragrance-free unless requested otherwise
Safe for use around children, pets, and scent-sensitive guests
We don’t just remove dust — we clear allergens. We don’t just “freshen” a room — we erase the last guest’s presence completely. Your reviews show it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I scheduled a first time deep clean with them and it was amazing! My house wasn’t the cleanest and I have now never seen it so spotless. They got into every nook and cranny making sure everything was done correctly. They offer a Google review discount that took be from $475 down to $420. Worth every penny! I couldn’t recommend this company more! I will be coming back for sure. :D
I have a 1300 sqft 3b 3b home for price reference.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall they did a good job. I would have liked more English speaking used. It is a bit unnerving to not know what the girls are saying. Also, check that things are put back where and how you use them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hired Extreme Green Cleaning to clean our apartment. We had a mouse recently so we decided to get a deep cleaning. We didn’t want any harsh chemicals used so we were pleased to find this service. Everything turned out great; the attention to detail was very much appreciated. Also great communication through text with the company. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Extreme Green was great to work with. They responded quickly to my initial call, put up with me rescheduling 3 different times and was able to squeeze me in during a busy Thanksgiving week. The cleaners were efficient, thorough and catered to my special requests. I used their service to get my apartment ready for a new renter. They did a spectacular job, the apartment is spotless and ready for my new renter. I would recommend highly and definitely will use in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been with Extreme Green Cleaning since almost the start of Luz's business--over 10 years now and have had excellent and consistent service the entire time. I chose them because of the people and environmentally friendly cleaning products and supplies (including providing me with reusable cleaning cloths which you launder and have ready for them). The staff are really friendly, thorough and attentive to detail and my specific cleaning requests. Pricing is is reasonable too. Also, I'm very grateful that Luz is always flexible when I need to move my appointments. I highly recommend them!
