Move-Out Cleaning Moorpark

Insured, Established, and Ready for Empty Homes

Since 2000, Extreme Green Cleanings has been the move-out cleaning service Moorpark residents rely on when it’s time to turn the page. We’re licensed, bonded, and fully insured — and we only do one-time deep cleaning for homes that are empty and transitioning.

Our team is made up of trained, in-house employees, not gig workers. We use non-toxic, plant-based products and HEPA vacuums to ensure your home is left fresh, allergen-free, and inspection-ready. Whether you’re handing keys to a landlord or staging for a sale, we’re the crew that shows up on time, fully equipped, and prepared to clean the entire space with care.

Why Moorpark Chooses Us

20+ Years of Move-Out Cleaning in Ventura County

We’ve served Moorpark and the surrounding area since 2000. That’s over two decades of deep cleaning experience focused exclusively on homes in transition. We know what landlords expect, what buyers notice, and how to make it move-in ready.

Fully Insured, Legit, and Reliable

No subcontractors. No last-minute hires. Our team is made up of real employees with full insurance coverage and safety training. Your property is in professional hands from start to finish.

Maid Service — But One-Time, Deep, and Thorough

We’re not your weekly cleaning service. We are a maid company, yes — but one that’s built for move-out jobs only. That means we clean empty homes thoroughly: inside appliances, under sinks, behind doors, and into the baseboards.

Consistent Results, Not Clock-Based Work

Our cleaners don’t race through homes to meet quotas. They work to a result. If a cabinet needs more time or a fridge needs to be pulled out — we do it. Your space will be ready for walkthrough, handoff, or listing photos.

Plant-Based Products That Work

All of our cleaning agents are biodegradable and non-toxic. No fake lemon scents. No bleach residue. Just a truly clean home that’s safe for families, pets, and sensitive systems.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I scheduled a first time deep clean with them and it was amazing! My house wasn’t the cleanest and I have now never seen it so spotless. They got into every nook and cranny making sure everything was done correctly. They offer a Google review discount that took be from $475 down to $420. Worth every penny! I couldn’t recommend this company more! I will be coming back for sure. :D
I have a 1300 sqft 3b 3b home for price reference.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall they did a good job. I would have liked more English speaking used. It is a bit unnerving to not know what the girls are saying. Also, check that things are put back where and how you use them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hired Extreme Green Cleaning to clean our apartment. We had a mouse recently so we decided to get a deep cleaning. We didn’t want any harsh chemicals used so we were pleased to find this service. Everything turned out great; the attention to detail was very much appreciated. Also great communication through text with the company. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Extreme Green was great to work with. They responded quickly to my initial call, put up with me rescheduling 3 different times and was able to squeeze me in during a busy Thanksgiving week. The cleaners were efficient, thorough and catered to my special requests. I used their service to get my apartment ready for a new renter. They did a spectacular job, the apartment is spotless and ready for my new renter. I would recommend highly and definitely will use in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been with Extreme Green Cleaning since almost the start of Luz's business--over 10 years now and have had excellent and consistent service the entire time. I chose them because of the people and environmentally friendly cleaning products and supplies (including providing me with reusable cleaning cloths which you launder and have ready for them). The staff are really friendly, thorough and attentive to detail and my specific cleaning requests. Pricing is is reasonable too. Also, I'm very grateful that Luz is always flexible when I need to move my appointments. I highly recommend them!
