Move-In Cleaning That Scrubs Out Every Trace of the Last Tenant
When someone moves in, they don’t want to feel like anyone was there before. It has to feel brand new. That means walls get wiped down, baseboards are cleaned, crown moldings are scrubbed, and we get into all the corners. We remove mold. We don’t leave behind old debris. You should be able to open a pantry or a cabinet without feeling gross. No grease. No grime. That includes things like wiping the inside of cabinets and making sure every shelf is clean. Even the air has to feel right. Not masked with air freshener, but neutral. Clients walk in and say, “It smells clean, but not chemical.” That’s the goal.
Move-Out vs. Move-In: What Changes?
-
Inside drawers and cabinets — especially the ones above the fridge where grime collects
-
Bathroom fans, exhausts, and closet corners where dust hides
It’s not about surface-level shine. It’s about giving the new homeowner peace of mind that everything, even the stuff you don’t see, is clean and truly move-in ready.
